Recently at our annual spring tech collaboration, Jason Mogus facilitated a collaboration discussion on "How to Build a Collaborative Culture?

Jason discussed merits of collaboration as a business model in today's dynamic and competitive marketplace and looked at how this paradigm is becoming more widely accepted and understood. This high energy interactive session explored what collaboration is and is not and tested our beliefs and assumptions about how its' done and how you do it. Participants learned how collaboration models can help grow their business, have less stress and isolation, and have more fun.
